Tacheddirt and Imlil trip itinerary:

1st day: Drive to Tachddirt – Explore the Imnane Valley

Our 2 days to the Atlas mountains will begin from Marrakech. Our driver will pick you up at 08 am and travel through Asni following Imnane Valley, stop by the panoramic views along the way to enjoy the amazing sceneries of the mountains and small villages dotted with green valleys. Arrive at Tacheddirt and stop for lunch.

In the Afternoon our discovery will start,  enjoy a few hours of hiking with your local guide, and get in touch with the real life of the local life. Tacheddirt villages concede the highest settlement in Morocco, where people live from agriculture and animal as well as tourism, you will get the chance to embrace the pure nature of the valley as well as the simplicity of Life around these little villages.

By the early evening, we invite you to an eco-friendly accommodation in Tacheddirt. Enjoy some quality time with the view on the terrace.

2nd day: Travel to Imlil Valley –  Hike around and have a meal within a local home

You will wake up in the staining view of the Atlas mountains. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace before we travel to Imlil. On the way, our driver will stop for you to get some amazing photos of the villages and valleys on the way. Once we reach Imlil you will meet our local guide, we hike around Imil Valley and explore its little villages as well as the little waterfalls.

Our sustainable Morocco experience on this 2 day Atlas mountain trip will lead us to Mzik village where we will stop for our lunch meal in a local home. Drive to Marrakech by the afternoon.

What to bring for this green trip:

This tour from Marrakech will be to a very high mountain, meaning we will be over 2,000 m, during the winter it may be very cold and even full of snow. It’s better to prepare yourself for cold weather from December to March. Part of your activities is trekking, therefore it’s better if you bring good walking Shoes.

The Atlas mountains have some of the most amazing views ever, if you are into photography, don’t forget to bring your camera.
